People, equipment and certifications - ready for your site
Ijsbergen is a company with a complete structure: marketing, project office, foremen and qualified operators. We don't subcontract core work - we keep our machines, scaffolding and protective equipment in stock, and we built one of our dry ice machines ourselves on Cold Jet components. That lets us run several teams in parallel and keep your production downtime to a minimum.

Analysis and method statement
Every site entry is preceded by a safe-work method statement, prepared for the specific task and the specific site.
Work permits
Based on the method statement, permits-to-work are issued. We don't start until every safety formality is closed out.
Parallel execution
Several teams and machines work simultaneously on different fronts. That's how we keep your production downtime as short as possible.
Handover and references
We finish with a formal handover and documentation. We hold references for a wide range of projects - happy to share them.

Dry ice cleaning (CO₂)

Behind every job are certified people and equipment we don't rent per project - we keep it in stock.
Electrical, power and gas qualifications
Operation and supervision in groups G1E, G2E and G3E. Supervision is provided by foremen holding supervisory qualifications in the same areas.
Safety training and first aid
Work at height, first aid and job-specific training - all certified on course completion.
Machinery and materials handling
Overhead cranes, forklifts, loaders and work platforms. Operators with current certifications.
Our own scaffolding and access
Altrex scaffolding (wide and narrow) with assembly documentation, ladders and platforms. We don't wait for a subcontractor.
Protective and monitoring equipment
10 Petzl climbing sets, full-face masks, escape sets and 20 Riken Keiki 4-gas detectors.
Work in explosive atmospheres
Protective suits, footwear and gloves, supplied-air masks and regulators - a complete kit for gas and solvent zones.
Certificates and qualifications
All our certificates are held in their Dutch versions. Our operators are ready to work on any industrial site in the Netherlands.
We hold references for a wide range of projects. We work in ATEX zones and on electrical installations, including sites with heightened safety requirements.
