Sustainable industrial cleaning

No chemicals. No wastewater. No long downtime.

We clean with dry ice - solidified carbon dioxide (CO₂). The pellets hit the contaminated surface and instantly pass from solid to gas (sublimation), skipping the liquid phase. All that remains afterwards is the removed dirt - no dirty water, no detergents, no secondary waste to dispose of.

Safe for people and equipment
Why is this *sustainable?*

Why is this sustainable?

Sublimation instead of wastewater

On impact, the CO₂ pellets turn straight into gas, skipping the liquid phase. No dirty water is produced - water that is costly to dispose of and a burden on the environment.

Zero chemicals and detergents

We use no solvents or aggressive chemical agents. Nothing harmful to people, equipment or soil is released into the surroundings.

Minimal waste

Only the removed dirt needs disposal. The cleaning medium simply evaporates - we leave behind no sand, sludge or spent abrasives.

Safe for the food industry

We use dry ice to clean containers, big bags and food-transport equipment, among others - the method removes oil, dirt and bacteria without any chemicals.

Sustainable means benefits for everyone

Non-invasive, environment-safe methods are more than caring for the planet - they deliver measurable benefits for everyone involved in the project.

01

For the planet

No wastewater, no chemicals, minimal waste. Dry ice cleaning is one of the cleanest industrial cleaning methods on the market.

02

For the workers

No contact with aggressive chemicals or solvent fumes. Every job is carried out to a safe-work method statement, and in explosion-risk zones we work with ATEX-rated equipment.

03

For the equipment

The method is non-abrasive and non-invasive - it does not damage the cleaned surfaces. We clean control cabinets, switchgear and transformer stations without dismantling, up to 1 kV even live.

04

For the client

Shorter production downtime, no disposal costs for wastewater and abrasives, access to hard-to-reach and hazardous areas - without dismantling the installation.

Where we work

Wherever chemicals are a problem - and downtime costs money.

Food industry

Food industry

  • containers and big bags for food transport
  • removal of grease, dirt and bacteria without chemicals
  • no cleaning-agent residues
Ships and sea containers

Ships and sea containers

  • cleaning of cargo holds and containers
  • removal of biological contamination without detergents
  • no wastewater discharge required
Electrical installations

Electrical installations

  • control cabinets, switchgear, control panels
  • transformer stations
  • up to 1 kV even live
Hard-to-reach places

Hard-to-reach places

  • structures at height and in confined spaces
  • explosion-risk zones (ATEX)
  • rope access, scaffolding, work platforms

We start with a test on your material

We don't quote blind. Before entering your site, we test a sample of the contamination and select the technology - so the job is as fast, effective and safe for your installation as possible.

01

Sample and test

We receive a material sample or photos of the contamination. We test the methods: dry ice, high pressure, laser or abrasive.

02

Technology selection

We choose the method that removes the contamination without risk to the surface. The same dirt on steel and on aluminium are two different jobs.

03

Quote and work plan

You get specifics: method, duration, number of teams and a realistic date. No "we'll see on site".

Minimum downtime.
Maximum production.

Every hour of production downtime costs money - usually more than the cleaning itself. By running several teams and machines in parallel, we cut the stoppage to a minimum and get your production running again sooner. Add to that zero disposal costs for wastewater and spent abrasives, which our methods simply don't generate. That makes the fastest approach the most cost-effective one in the end - what counts is the final bill, not the hourly rate.

3–5 containers cleaned per day -
your operation isn't down for long

Let's talk about your site

We'll advise on the best method and prepare the safe-work method statement and work plan so your production downtime is as short as possible.
